Brahmin Devta suniye: Ravi Kishan to BJP leader complaining about waterlogging in Gorakhpur

BJP MP Ravi Kishan, whom a BJP corporator Vishwajeet Tripathi from Gorakhpur called to complain about waterlogging, called the latter "brahmin devta".
