BrahMos misfire into Pak was due to combat connectors issue: IAF

The accidental firing of a BrahMos missile into Pakistan two years ago occurred because its combat connectors remained attached to the junction box, Indian Air Force (IAF) informed Delhi High Court. "The combat crew, (despite) knowing the...connectors of combat missiles are connected to junction box, failed to intervene," IAF stated. The incident posed potential threat to neighboring airspace.
