Brazil court enforced AI rules on both sides before Lula's win

Brazil's electoral court ordered unlabelled AI videos from both sides taken down before Lula won a fourth term on 25 October, reports said. Rules there require AI labels and bar new AI content 72 hours before a vote. The court also ordered Meta to treat Lula and Flávio Bolsonaro equally after Lula's camp said its AI refused his images.
