Brazil man, known as 'Human Satan', has his ears removed as masks no longer mandatory

A Brazilian body-modification addict known as 'Human Satan' has had his ears removed to celebrate the end of COVID-19 face mask rules. Michel Faro Praddo said he was just waiting for face masks to no longer be mandatory to perform the procedure. Praddo has undergone more than 60 procedures and has around 85% of his body covered in ink.
