Brazil Prez's plane circles for hours due to snag, lands in Mexico

A plane carrying Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva landed safely in Mexico after circling for hours due to a technical issue. Brazil's air force confirmed the safe landing almost five hours after departure. The Brazilian Air Force said in a statement that the aircraft had to consume enough fuel to allow it to land again safely.
