Breastfeeding pods to be installed at Kochi metro station

Kochi Metro Rail Limited (KMRL) has decided to install breastfeeding pods at four of its metro stations to make its premises women-friendly. One of the breastfeeding pods was inaugurated on Friday at the Aluva metro station. The 4 ft x 4 ft pod is equipped with a bench seat, privacy locks, a fan, lighting and charging points for mobile phones.
