Brexit transition period can be extended till 2022

The Brexit transition period due to end in December 2020, can now be extended until 2022, as per the draft agreement reached between Britain and the European Union (EU) on post-Brexit relations. The draft agreement requires the endorsement of the remaining 27 EU member states. Both sides have already reached a draft agreement on how Britain will leave the EU.
