BRICS to move slowly, common currency not being planned yet: Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin said a common BRICS currency is a long-term prospect and is not being considered yet. "BRICS will be cautious. [It'll act gradually [and] move slowly. The time has not come yet," he stated. However, he added that Russia is working with India and other nations to discuss using digital currencies in mutual trade and investments.
