An old bridge collapsed near Siliguri in West Bengal when a truck was crossing it on Friday. This is the second such incident in four days, after part of the 40-year-old Majerhat bridge collapsed in south Kolkata. While one truck driver was injured in the collapse in Siliguri, the death toll in Majerhat bridge collapse has risen to three.
