Brij Bhushan moves HC to quash FIR in sexual harassment case

Former BJP MP Brij Bhushan Singh has moved Delhi High Court seeking quashing of all criminal proceedings, including FIR and chargesheet accusing him of sexual assault on women wrestlers. Earlier in May, Singh was formally charged with sexual harassment by a Delhi trial court. He is also seeking that the charges framed against him by trial court should be quashed.
