Bring Balushahi or hot jalebis first: Police to UP man who wanted to file complaint

A man who went to a police station in UP's Hapur to file a complaint after losing his mobile phone was told by a police officer to bring a kilogram of sweets first. After listening to his complaint, a police officer asked him to get Balushahi or hot jalebis. The police officer registered the complaint after the man purchased jalebis.
