Bring teleprompter if you want but come to RS: Gokhale to PM Modi

TMC MP Saket Gokhale criticised PM Narendra Modi for having "little concern for the people of Manipur". He asked the Prime Minister to address the Rajya Sabha on the issue and said the PM could bring a teleprompter to Parliament if he wanted. He added, "A PM who parrots 'Beti Bachao' hasn't come to Rajya Sabha for a single day."
