Britannia denies speculation over resignation of MD Varun Berry

FMCG major Britannia Industries on Wednesday denied speculations over the resignation of its Managing Director Varun Berry. Terming the speculations as "incorrect and baseless", Britannia said Berry was re-appointed as the MD for five years from April 1, after an earlier six-year term. Berry had joined the company in 2013, after having worked at PepsiCo.
