British PM Starmer calls UK-India FTA a fantastic trade deal

British PM Keir Starmer called UK-India Free Trade Agreement (FTA) a historic trade deal in UK Parliament. "The India deal is a fantastic deal, with tariffs on cars cut to 10%, tariffs halved on whisky and gin and GBP 4.8 billion coming into our economy," Starmer said. He criticised the Opposition Conservative Party for trying to rip up the deal.
