'Brought through proper channel': Man accused of abducting son from Ukraine

A man who has been accused by his Ukrainian ex-wife of kidnapping their three-year-old son has claimed before the Delhi HC that his son is an Indian citizen. While replying to his ex-wife's petition, the man argued that an "Indian citizen cannot be sent to a war zone". He stated that his son was brought to India "through proper channels".
