Brunei's Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah, who has a net worth of $30 billion and a car collection comprising around 7,000 cars, will welcome PM Narendra Modi as he arrives in the Southeast Asian nation on Monday. Sultan Bolkiah is among world's longest-reigning monarchs and is known for his extravagance. His collection of 600 Rolls-Royce cars earned him a Guinness World Record.
