US millionaire Bryan Johnson, known for spending nearly ₹20 crore annually on his health and age reversal therapies, revealed that he is battling autoimmune gastritis (AIG). Taking to X, he wrote, "I've an autoimmune disease. My stomach is eating itself...2-5% of people have this." AIG is a chronic condition in which the immune system attacks the stomach's acid-producing cells.
