The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) suspended the trading in equity shares of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited (DHFL) effective June 14. This comes after NCLT's approval of Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Ltd's resolution plan to acquire the bankrupt company DHFL. The resolution plan envisaged zero value for the shares of DHFL.
