BSE-listed firms' m-cap touches all-time high of ₹291.52 lakh cr

The market capitalisation of firms listed on Bombay Stock Exchange rose to a record high of ₹291.52 lakh crore on Thursday amid expectations that easing inflation could make RBI skip rate hikes. The new record surpassed the older record of ₹291.25 lakh crore from December last year. Sensex was trading 0.09% lower at 63,169.02 points in early trade.
