BSF jawan beats wife to death, fakes it as accident in Punjab

A BSF jawan, Amarjit Singh, has been arrested in Punjab's Hoshiarpur for killing his wife. Singh claimed she suffered an accidental fall from the roof while her family alleged he severely assaulted her and staged the accident to cover up the murder. Police have registered a case and are searching for two absconding relatives.
