BSNL gears up for indigenous 5G rollout after 4G expansion

BSNL is preparing to launch indigenous 5G services after steady 4G expansion, said PGM Vivek Dua at India Mobile Congress 2026. The state telecom also upgraded its AI chatbot Vani, partnered with Saptang for network-level cybersecurity, and unveiled 'Bharat Sandesh', a unified digital communication platform for citizens, government, and businesses.
