BSNL launches ₹1.34 lakh phone that works where mobile networks cannot reach

State-run BSNL has launched a satellite phone in India priced at ₹1,34,166. The device connects via satellite networks, allowing calls even in areas without mobile network coverage. BSNL said the phone is ideal for defence, maritime, disaster response, mining, remote operations, pilgrims and adventure travel.
