BSNL staff raise concerns over pay gap with officers on deputation

BSNL employee union flagged concerns over pay discrimination between officers on deputation and regular employees. They are demanding 3rd Pay Revision Committee (PRC) and termination of the affordability clause. "The irony is…officers who formulate BSNL's policies are receiving the benefits of the 7th Pay Commission, while…regular employees are still deprived of the 3rd PRC," the union said.
