BSNL successfully tests Made in India 5G technology

BSNL has successfully tested indigenous 5G technology in 3.6 GHz and 700 MHz spectrum bands, with plans to roll out 5G by early 2025. Leveraging its exclusive access to the 700 MHz band, BSNL aims to reach 1 lakh sites by mid-2025. With 39,000 4G sites already in place, the state-run operator is on track to expand its services.
