BSP calls off alliance with INLD, forms alliance with LSP

The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) on Saturday called off its nearly nine-month alliance with Indian National Lok Dal (INLD). It further announced to forge ties with Loktanter Suraksha Party (LSP), a party floated by rebel BJP MP Raj Kumar Saini. This comes days after INLD was defeated in the recently conducted Jind bypolls.
