Budget 2023 may privatise 12 more airports for asset monetisation

The Union Budget 2023 will reportedly announce privatisation of 12 more airports for asset monetisation under National Monetisation Pipeline. The aviation ministry has been asked to generate ₹20,000 crore through asset monetisation. These airports include Raipur, Jabalpur, Vijayawada, Kolkata and Indore, among others and the ministry aims to generate over ₹8,000 crore through privatisation.
