Buffett CEO heir an ideal fit, but change not near: Berkshire exec

Ronald Olson, a longtime Berkshire Hathaway Director, said Greg Abel has the ability and commitment that make him an ideal fit to lead the Warren Buffett-run conglomerate, however, a transition isn't likely to happen soon. Olson said Abel is likely "a good number of years off" from taking over, with Buffett and Vice-Chairman Charlie Munger still on board.
