Buffett's Berkshire sells 1 million shares of Chinese EV maker BYD

Warren Buffett's investment company Berkshire Hathaway has sold 1.058 million Hong Kong-listed shares of Chinese electric vehicle maker BYD at an average price of $24.52 per share, a filing showed. The sale lowered Berkshire's holdings in BYD's total issued H-shares to 13.97% on January 3 from 14.06%. Berkshire acquired 225 million BYD shares for $232 million in 2008.
