Building didn't have fire NOC, owner absconding: Delhi Police on Mundka fire

The building that caught fire near Mundka metro station on Friday evening did not have fire NOC, Delhi Police said. "The owner of the building who lived on the top floor is currently absconding, teams are on the job and he will be nabbed soon," police said. At least 27 people died in the fire incident, police added.
