Bulgaria, Romania steps into Europe's visa-free Schengen zone

Bulgaria and Romania are now included within the Schengen zone. The Schengen zone now includes 29 members which marks a significant milestone to a more unified Europe. However, this status is restricted to solely air and sea routes due to a veto by Austria. Both countries are now committed to full integration by year end.
