Bulli Bai app 'creator' posed as a journalist during S**** Deals row: Police

BTech student Neeraj Bishnoi, accused of being the “main conspirator” of the Bulli Bai app was active during the S**** Deals controversy, as per the police. The police said that Bishnoi used a fake Twitter profile of a girl and tried to communicate as a news reporter. He also came in contact with other reporters to plant misinformation, police added.
