'Bulli Bai' app's 20-yr-old creator Neeraj Bishnoi suspended from his college

Assam's 20-year-old Neeraj Bishnoi, the main conspirator and creator behind the 'Bulli Bai' app, has been suspended by the Vellore Institute of Technology, Bhopal with immediate effect until further notice. He is a second-year engineering student at the college. During police interrogation, Bishnoi disclosed that the app was developed in November 2021 and was updated in December 2021.
