Bumrah becomes world number one Test bowler, overtakes Ashwin by 1 rating point

Team India fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah has overtaken Ravichandran Ashwin to become the world number one Test bowler. The 30-year-old took six wickets in the recently-concluded second India-Bangladesh Test. Bumrah is on top of the rankings with 870 rating points, while Ashwin is second with 869 rating points.
