Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini has called Congress' manifesto for state elections a "bundle of lies". "People of Haryana know that Congress has given false guarantees. Congress had said the same things in Himachal Pradesh," he stated. "Congress' manifesto was released from Delhi. Rahul Gandhi, Kharge ji should clarify whether they want to rule Haryana from Delhi," the CM added.
