Bungalow sells for nearly ₹100 crore in Delhi's Sunder Nagar

A 900 square yard bungalow in Delhi's Sunder Nagar, owned by Sunil and Ravi Sachdev, was recently sold for almost ₹100 crore. According to property brokers, the upscale residential colony is a preferred location for the country's top lawyers, judges, bureaucrats and businessmen. Earlier this year, former Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi sold his bungalow in Sunder Nagar for ₹100 crore.
