Bengaluru-based entrepreneur Manjari Ranasaria criticised IndiGo after claiming the flight cancellation prevented her siblings and relatives from returning in time to attend her father's funeral. In a LinkedIn post responding to the airline's apology, she wrote, "My father passed away...Most of my siblings...couldn't be there."
