Bus linked to Delhi gangrape had tinted windows, no location tracker

The bus inside which two men allegedly gangraped a woman for two hours in Delhi had tinted windows, heavy curtains and no location tracker in violation of rules and guidelines, police said. The police stated that both accused, Umesh Kumar and Ramendra Kumar, had valid permits obtained by the company for operating interstate buses. The accused have been arrested.
