A bus stop was turned into a library during the Brahmaputra Literary Festival in Guwahati, Assam. Anoop Khanna, the director of an advertising agency, installed book shelves with coloured lights and an estimated 200-250 books. People could submit their old books in exchange for new ones from the library.
