Businessman claims Claude deleted 15 yrs of family's memories, says 'Nearly had heart attack'

Businessman Nick Davidov said he asked Claude Cowork to organise his wife's desktop and allowed it to delete temporary files. "Then it goes 'oops'...It tried renaming and accidentally deleted a folder with...photos my wife made on her camera for...last 15 years," Davidov said. He used iCloud to restore tens of thousands of files, saying, "I nearly had a heart attack."
