Businessman Gopal Madhav Agarwal said the ₹5 crore given to Rajpal Yadav for his film 'Ata Pata Laapata' was a loan, not an investment. He claimed Yadav’s wife assured repayment, but cheques later bounced, forcing legal action. Yadav spent 11 days in Tihar Jail and got bail after depositing ₹1.5 crore. Court ordered remaining payment by March 18, 2026.
