Buy on rumour, sell on news: Rogers on Indian stock market's crash

Reacting to Indian stock markets crashing after Lok Sabha poll trends showed tight margins, veteran investor Jim Rogers said, "Buy on the rumour and sell on the news." He added, "We thought this (general elections outcome) was coming, so many people bought in advance. Now that it's here and actually happening, it is common for a market to sell off."
