BWF issues statement after bird poop, monkey incidents at India Open venue

The Badminton World Federation acknowledged concerns over cleanliness, hygiene and animal control at India Open venue following incidents of bird droppings on court and monkey being spotted in stands. However, it said the Indira Gandhi Sports Complex is a significant upgrade over KD Jadhav Stadium. It added that players also praised improvements to courts, flooring, gym and medical facilities.
