The yearlong probe by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs cleared the edtech startup BYJU'S of financial fraud, Bloomberg reported. No evidence of wrongdoing such as siphoning off funds or manipulation of financial accounts was found, people aware of the matter said. The probe, not public yet, did find governance shortcomings that contributed to the startup's mounting losses, Bloomberg added.
