BYJU'S set to acquire Toppr in a $150 million deal: Report

Edtech unicorn BYJU'S is in late-stage talks to acquire Mumbai-based edtech startup Toppr in a $150 million deal, Entrackr reported on Monday. If the deal goes through, it'll be the third-largest acquisition for BYJU'S. It took over kids-focused coding platform WhiteHat Jr for $300 million in 2020 and recently signed a deal to acquire Aakash Educational Services for $1 billion.
