BYJU’S to hold AGM to discuss audited FY22 financials

BYJU'S has planned to conduct an Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 20 to deliberate on audited financials of FY22 and discuss other matters. The edtech company's audited financial statements, both standalone and consolidated, for FY22, along with the report of the board of directors and auditors, will be considered during the meeting.
