BYJU'S yet to submit financial results since FY21: ED after raids

BYJU'S is yet to submit its financial statements since the 2020-21 fiscal, the ED said after it conducted searches at three premises of the startup on Saturday. This comes as BYJU'S was reportedly unable to meet its March 2023 deadline to achieve group-level profitability, which it had estimated in October 2022. It is being probed over alleged FEMA law violations.
