Two independent directors of Aakash, the coaching arm of BYJU'S, have resigned from their positions, VCCircle reported citing sources. Lawyers Amit Khansaheb and Vishruta Kaul were reportedly hired as interim directors during Aakash's acquisition by BYJU'S. "Their resignation signifies the fulfilment of their temporary responsibilities, not any dissatisfaction...within the company," a source said.
