CAA is perfectly constitutional: BJP leader after Kerala moves SC

BJP's National General Secretary Ram Madhav said that the Citizenship Amendment Act is "perfectly legal and as per Constitution" and is meant to provide shelter to refugees. "The Opposition is indulging in violence...and we will tell people the truth," Madhav added. His comments came after Kerala government moved the Supreme Court against the Act saying that it was against secularism.
