Calcutta HC sets up 5 fast-track courts for NEET paper leak cases

Calcutta High Court set up five dedicated fast-track courts for trials in NEET paper leak cases to ensure time-bound proceedings. The courts will conclude trials and pronounce final order or judgement preferably within three months from when chargesheet is filed, the High Court said. The High Court has set up three fast-track courts in Kolkata and two in Port Blair.
