Calcutta HC stays suspension of 59 junior doctors of RG hospital

Calcutta High Court on Tuesday stayed suspension of 59 junior doctors of Kolkata's RG Kar Medical College. "The court passed...order after we argued that suspension and expulsion orders were in complete violation of natural justice," lawyer who represented suspended doctors said. The doctors were accused of intimidating their colleagues under instructions of medical college's former principal.
